Some stuff from me

Dunno if these are of any help but I'm bored so I checked my manuals...

R-Type
http://hol.abime.net/1288

It says in "conversion info" about a port on the PC Engine.

The PC Engine R-Type was divided in two parts, R-Type Part 1 was half of the levels and R-Type part 2 (oftenly confused with R-Type 2, which doesn't exist for the PCE) was the other half. Dunno if this is any good to you but maybe it is not a straight conversion. Cannot confirm if the game is exactly the same, I think it had changes. You might also want to add (or not) "PCengine CD/TurboDuo" since there was another game, "R-Type Complete CD" which is the whole R-Type arcade game with added cutscenes.

You might be interested in adding "Sony Playstation" too, since the "RTypes" compilation brought the original R-Type I arcade, as well as R-Type II (you should add that to R-Type II too, then)

There's also R-Type for the ZX Spectrum

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis : Graphic Adventure
http://hol.abime.net/2628

Taken from the Amiga french manual:
Additional GFX and animation by: Mark J. Ferrari, Sean Turner, Martin "Bucky" Cameron and Brent E. Anderson

Sound FX by: J. Anthony White, Robert Marsanyi and Clint Bajakian
Musical reorchestration by: Robin Goldstein and J. Anthony White

Shouldn't Ron Gilbert be credited as well? He created the SCUMM system. Hal Barwood also created the history and concept of the game, maybe they fit the Artist MISC field.

Soccer Kid[ecs/ocs]

Taken from the manual
missing gfx artists:
Enemy Sprites: Phil Hacey, Paul dobson
Intro Animation: LEs Newstead, Darren Hebden, Dave colledge, Mark Potente

intro artwork: Jim Bowers

That be all for now
