eXternal Format Rippers master v 2.1 released

Hello pals,

Amiga now has a new version of the external format rippers library and clients. This time I also introduce a delitracker genie and an eagleplayer engine, that can be used to access xfr from these players. the supplied tools xfrscan, xfrlist and xfrlibinfo are much improved in both handling and features.
