Amiga Demoscene Archive has a charts section, which isn't just about random popularity (pouet thumbs), but actual points given to productions:

I don't think so, but like there'd been similar thread somewhere, but can't remember where

I guess pre 1995 demos are likely to run on a stock machine, but since then 030/50 became de facto, until 060/50 replaced it after few years.

In any case, don't miss Nexus 7 from Andromeda, it's the best 020/AGA demo ever

Hard to remember after all these years what other good stuff there were before accelerator times... but at least Real by Complex, Lech and Wit Premium by Freezers, CCCP by Juliet and Case, Polka Brothers demos like Gevalia or Friday at 8, G-force by Pygmy Projects, Symbolia by Access, Mindflow by Stellar, Deep & Deep The Psilocybin Mix (probably ran on a stock machine too?), maybe Crazy Sexy Cool by Essence runs too? Hmh.. seems to be too hard to remember if you haven't used non accelerated A1200 since then :P

Well yeah, at the end I was going through AGA pouet list and mainly looking in pre 95 demos. And I saw majority of titles that you wrote. Few of them require fast ram.
Pity that there's no minimal and recommended info nowhere. Except in few .nfo files.

Even though I have Amiga 1200, Amiga 600 and Amiga 500 with accelerators I am mostly interested in the old ECS/OCS stuff that will run on a basic Amiga 500 with 512KB trapdoor memory from floppy/floppy emulator. These for me are the good old days.

I would like a top 100 list for classic demos that would run on this basic system.

Edit:

Back in the day I had probably about 250 floppy disks with software. Most of those were games. Only had a few demos. So now I want to check out all the cool demos I never got to see.
