msx disk

Is it possible to mount msx disks ?
I tried with latest versions of winuae because now we can mount atari disk, and because msx disk can be read directly on atari st, but it doesn't work.

Hey turrican3,

What's the deal on msx disks? I've not heard of this type. Are they disk images like msa? Or are they interchangeable with (i.e., same as ) msa?

Thanks,

prowler

Of course it is!

I thought maybe turrican3 had simply mis-typed 'msa' because of his reference to Atari disks and the ST, but I wasn't sure.

I'm not quite so interested now.

Sorry,

Hi Turrican,

MSX disk format is compatible with PC MS-DOS, you can access MSX disk files simply mounting a crossDOS unit like PC0: (it uses mfm.device)

Now I am confused. Floppy image type has to be supported and working correctly if PC0: can read it..

What exactly are you trying to do?
