ClassicWB FULL crashes after writing something on the SD

Hello people, I'll try to be clearer as possible.
I set up my 2Gb SanDisk Class2 SD card with CLassicWB FULL.
I cleaned it with diskpart, then made partitions with PFS3_aio.
DH0: 250Mb Workbench, quick format
DH1: 750Mb Games, quick format
DH2: 750Mb Various, quick format
I use MyFormat 1.27 utility, with FFS - Use Filing System option, and a PFS3 requester appears. So I think PFS3 is clearly installed.
Copied all files from ClassicWB to DH0-1-2 via DOpus, then put my SD into A600.
Added c:acatune -maprom * -maxmem >NIL: at the very first line of Startup-sequence and rebooted. Everything works fine UNTIL HERE.
When I launch a game, iGame writes something to disk...when I reboot, my A600 stucks on a black screen.
If I boot my SD with WinUAE, everything works fine.
What happens?

I really don't understand if something went wrong on the ClassicWB setup.
I prepared another SD with BetterWB and it works flawlessly.
Any clue?
