I wanna lurk too! As a native Texan, I'll gladly take any excuse I can find to take a trip back home. The Texas BBQ is pretty much reason alone, though the folks here in Kansas City seem to think theirs is the best there is. Not bad, but it doesn't quite live up to the BBQ I grew up eating.

We at least do speak English here, though we've chosen to eliminate some of the extras such as the letter "u" in the word "color". KC is actually a bit more centrally located than Ohio, but it's close. Not sure if they're into BBQ in Ohio or not, but I bet someone here would know.
