Brand new? When was it manufactured? Is it sealed in packaging then?

Any old shit, unless an antique where people state it's very old....or to make even more money "Retro" might be used. Of course "Rare" has to be used in all circumstances and is advisable to combine with "Ultra".

Dare I ask how much?

My A600 has been wanting one of these for a while. I was waiting for Jens Schoenfeld to re-make them (he said he would consider it for his next project) but that didnt materialise

I posted an A600 readme in English about everything A600 on the A600 upgrade page forum a long time ago.

How come that you don't know the price of the Apollo 630 board? Did you nick the boards or were they for free?

What Martin means is he bought them for next to nothing from someone who didnt know their true value... but Martin doesnt know their true value either... just that it's a lot more than he paid for them

Martin wants a fair return on his investment... afterall he took the risk in buying them in the first place... they might have been broken, he might have non-payment etc.

Although I dont like his methods (I do not find it particularly sensible in this ever decreasing Amiga community to "out price" active members to rich collectors) on the other hand I've got to understand where he's coming from. Dont you?

Just because Martin's methods dont suit me, mainly because I want an Amiga bargain, doesnt mean I am going to have harsh feelings towards him.

Obviously there are people out there with more money than sense who are snapping up these items, and where there is a demand, there will always be someone there to make a profit.

Is that better phrased using the colloquial:

"Where there's shit, there's flies!" ??

No!
I bought them about 8 years ago (with 20 original brand new boxed Tape Drives for Atari 65/130/80 computers).
