Multiple displays using P96/CGX/EGS

In my usual quest to find answers to difficult questions, was wondering if it is possible to use multiple monitors with an amiga in the same way that a PC can? e.g. a laptop with VGA and Svideo out ports can display either the same screen or 2 different screens to both.

I have read that it was possible with EGS if you had 2 graphics cards both supporting that RTG system.

However I have not seen whether it is possible with either P96 or CGX, which I find surprising considering they are both newer than the EGS RTG system. I am more interested in the 2 different screens dual display.

If EGS is the only way, what limitations are there, and can I get EGS to work with the PicassoIV or CybervisionPPC?

If P96 or CGX cannot have multiple displays, is it possible to run these RTG systems simultaneously to drive different monitors? (This may be more likely with EGS combined with either P96 or CGX).

I had multiscreen kind of working with cgx on bvision and cgx-aga. Could have workbench on one and maybe open an mui screen on the other. Still had to Amiga-M to choose which screen to work on though.

I dont think its possible to mix cgx and p96 driver software though since they both patch gfx.library and software would justget confused. p96 cgx emulation would also cause issues.
