Yes, the cover closes well.

mine is a CDTV with ACE2, Sukkopera 1.3/3.1 CDTV rom switcher, exp rom 2.3 and Witcher CDTV

I use it almost exclusively with the hard drive, so someone else could answer that. I tested only a single CD (CDTV Welcome disk) that seemed to work.

Mine is suffering from the usual dodgy PSU issue, so most of the time to kick-in the SD I have to power on and then push the reset button (was behaving like that with another expansion as well)

I do have the same expansions installed, except for the ACE2. However, I noticed that both with WHDLoad and booting directly from disk, there is a dramatic drop in frame rates every now and then. It goes down to single digits. Is that related to the Wicher-Card?

Wicher 520EC
- MC68EC020 processor clocked at 25 or 33 MHz,
- RAM memory: 11MB FAST RAM for AmigaOS,
- RTC clock,

- BootRom function (included HD disk driver for Kickstart 1.3),
- FileRom function (loading Kickstart from a file).

Wicher520EC and Wicher520i allow to start Workbench 1.3 (Kickstart 1.3) from hard drive.
