Latest GBCPC was provided with the beta so I could test it for a while, and the extra fields are plenty. I've made a eye-candy Excel spreadsheet with my 250 favorite CPC games listed, if some of the C64 zealots are interested to have a peek .

As a rule of thumb, I'd rather avoid overwriting files manually if I have a choice. If I break something into GBA, chances are I'll run into trouble and be clueless about next step.

Jimbo has provided a .exe with an installer routine for updating from v1.2 or previous v1.3 subversions since a few days in his thread. Hope it's OK to link it here.
It's not final yet, but definitely a few days to go (RC, if you wish).

After you've run the installer :

• Click GBRegRun.exe in GameBase folder
• Restart GBCPC, GBA or whatever gamebase you're running
• Import your favorites (and other personal data) from a backup .mdb file if you're also updating the db itself
