AIAB/AmigaForever

Recently I installed the latest version of Winuae.

On my computer I have also an old version of AIAB and AmigaForever.

Is it advisable to retain the three set-ups. I am sure there must be some conflict. I find difficulty in loading a specified configuration since there is a default one in either AIAB or AmigaForever which is preventing my atempts.
To tell the truth I do not use either AIAB nor AmigaForever much since I am more interested in playing old games then anything else.

Shall I uninstal both AIAB and AmifaForever ?

I never had any probs running multiple installs on one PeCe, all I did was manually edit the paths for all those important things like config, roms, etc.

What do you mean exactly by manually edit etc. Can you give me one example, say for config please ?

I would delete all old configs (or move them all to another old directory for backup) and create new configs from scratch. I would also erase the old AIAB and upgrade to AIAB R10.5 or AmigaSYS 3. See this link.
