UPS for amiga

Hi all, I was wondering if a 180 watt (300 VA) UPS will be enough to keep alive in case of a power cut off an amiga 500 plus, a GVP A500HD+ and a 30 inch lcd tv. I understand that my question is completely noobish but as I couldn't find watts anywhere written on the power adapters of the devices, but only A, Volt etc. I was wondering if anyone more experienced could help.
