Tosec DVDs

i don´t know if this thread is legal enough for the board but like to ask anybody about the whole tosec collection...

the reason is that i´m only on 56k dialup and to download the whole sets would be to expensive...

maybe one of you have a backup of his tosec collection and don´t like to put them away...
has anybody a dvd with all the adfs...???
the most ripped sprites that i´ve done are made from whdload installed games and savestates of these games are mostly bigger than 40 MB...with a 10 GB harddrive its a matter of time when its full...

so please check your dvd/cd collection if there is/are useless pieces that i could use...
the only costs i could pay are the delivery costs...i didn´t have enough money to get them via internet...

Question

Aren't all adfs etc 'warez'??

Like planet emu, they distrubute adfs, are they not warez?

Its not like the companies can make money off the games anymore, they aren't sold anymore.

What exactly is an amiga ware?

No, it's not. It's 'copyright infringement'. There's a clear difference, see for example the corresponding entries in the Wikipedia.

Did I Hear You Right
Did I Hear You Saying
That You're Gonna Make A Copy Of A Game Without Paying?
Come On Guys...
I Thought You Knew Better
Don't Copy That Floppy

I'm Your Mc Duble-dash Dp
That's The Disk Protector For You And The Posse
That's The Artists, Writers, Designers, And Programmers
That Worked Up The Images For Games And Grammar
That Let You Learn, But Also Play
The Games You Play Here For To-day

[drum Machine Solo]

Now I Know You Love The Games And That's Alright To Do
Because The Posse Who Makes 'em, They Love Them Too
But If You Start Stealin' There's No More They Can Dooo

[but I Just Wanna Make One Copy]

You Say I'll Just Make A Copy…. For Me And A Friend
Then He'll Make One And She'll Make One
And Where Will It End?
One Leads To Another, Then 10, Then More.
Then Noone Buys Any Games From The Store
So Noone Gets Paid And They Can’t Make More
The Posse Breaks Up
And That Closes The Stores.

Don't Copy....
Don't Copy That Floppy

So Let Me Break This Down For You
No Carmen Sandiego No More Oregon Trail
Tetris And The Others, They're All Gonna Fail
Not Because We Wanted But Because You’re Just Takin’ It
Disrespecting All The Folks Who Are Makin’ It

The More You Take, The Less There Will Be
The Disks Become Fewer, The Games Fall Away
The Screen Starts To Shrink And Then It’s No Face
Programs Fall Through A Black Hole In Space
The Computer World Becomes Bleak And Dark
It Loses It’s Life As The Screen Goes Dark

[welcome To The End Of The Computer Age, Hahahahahahaha]

But You’re Much Too Strong And You’re Much Too Smart
To Let That Happen To Your Chance To Explore
Point To The New Age, Just Behind The Doors Of Your Mind
You’re The Posse Of The Future
And You Hold In Your Brains They’ve Never Thought Of Before
And In Time, You’ll Dream Up So Much More
That’s Why Im Here And What I’m Fighting For

Don’t Copy…
Don’t Copy That Floppy

Now Let Me Introduce You
To Some Of The Team
They’ll Explain A Little More About What I Mean

[programmer Solo]

You See On These Disks
We Have Frozen In Time
The Creativity Of Someone's Mind.
Do You Think Just Because
With The Flick Of A Key
You Can Copy That Game
That The Work Is Free?
This Creativity
We Protect It By Law
We Value So Highly
What The Mind's Eye Saw!

Don’t Copy..
Don’t Copy That Floppy

[drum Machine Solo]

To Do The Right Thing Is Really Simple For You
The Copyright Law
It Will Tell You What To Do.
Buy One For Every Computer You Use!
Anything Else Is Like Going To The Store,
Taking The Disk And Walking Out The Door.
It's Called Thiefing, Stealing, Taking What's Not Yours
Is That Really Where You Want Your Life To Go?
Think About It - I Don't Think So.

Don’t Copy..
Don’t Copy That Floppy

If You See A Game You Like And You Realy Want To Try It
Don’t Copy That Floppy Just Go To The Store And Buy It
Think Of It This Way… Ok
When You Buy A Disk, You’re Saying To The Team
We Respect What You’re Doing, What You’re Working For
We’ll Keep Up Our Support So You Can Make Us Some More
We’ll Do The Right Thing And This Issue Will Be Clear
There Will Be New Programs Year After Year

Don’t Copy..
Don’t Copy That Floppy

Now You Know How The Games That Get Stolen Were Made
What To Do To Make Sure They’re Not Gonna Fade
The Bottom Line Here Is It’s It’s All Up To You
There’s Nothing More That I Can Do
The Ball’s In Your Court Dribble Shoot Or Pass
I’m Sure You’ll Make Your Decision With Class

Don’t Copy That Floppy

See Ya, I’m Outta Here

There is plenty of people on the net who gladly would burn the set. Just give them some DVDs. Try google or this guy http://eggmansworld.com
BTW shouldn't this thread be closed.
