Proposal: Split Amiga projects and PC projects?

Well, we have a recent version of vBulletin running here, so we should make use of it, shouldn't we?
That is, we could establish two sub-forums on here: one "PC", one "Amiga".
I think for the unaware reader "Amiga Game Factory" primarily sounds like a project for games ON the Amiga.
But I have also read projects of users with the subject of porting known Amiga games to the PC! Those, obviously, cannot run on Amiga hardware; hence, I think they should be split up.

Opinions welcome!

i think it would be a cool idea, if in fact there was a bit more of activity here, sadly there are just a couple of projects going on.

Could be useful yes. It would also be a good idea to move some of the topics in the other forums as well (gods remake, super cars 3, etc).

I don't see the benefit from that myself. But it's up to Marco at the end of the day.

not so enterely up to me: i'm following this thread to read what you guys would prefer / what interest really there is: please do not let my answer up there be considered as a "no".

To further articulate my answer to Andreas, i would say that there are 2 conditions to be meet: not my own conditions (i don't have any) but practical conditions.
in order of importance:

1) some new activity: specifically, on the amiga side, as pc remakes and alikes are not so difficult to come and go.
I would say that 3 months or so would be a good enough time frame to see if something moves there.
2) interest from people passing by, so that to provide them a comprehensible reading of the forum, moreover if the number of projects amiga / pc is even, the forum is then split and better ordered.

[edit] about moving IN the topics Gimbal mentions (sorry first time i read i did not undersood): i'm not particularly favourable to take them from under the feet of their starters, but if the 2 conditions above are meet, then it could be that a PC remakes area would be the right place for them
