executable sound/pro/noise tracker modules

remember a disk with executable sound/pro/noise tracker modules which display some equalizer or effects on screen. after mouseclick it stops and you could load the next one...any suggestions..??

Here is one suggestion:

I only remember Sounds of Gnome that has equalizers and effacts, (executable?) modules have to be either autoplayed or clicked to change and clicking somewhere in screen pauses if i recall correctly:
