A2000 and 42pin Kickstart ROM question

So i bought 3.1 Cloanto Kickstart from one of authorized Ebay sellers, ROM came in 42 pin version, but it does not have any info on installation.
Is anybody familiar with that type of ROM for A2000.
Are 2 pins close to notched end just empty or are these ROM's 1MB version and require additional line to be run to CPU like indicated in here:

http://members.iinet.net.au/~davem2/...Kickstart.html

I could not find definitive guide anywhere on 42 pin ROM's in A2000.

Thanks
