It's a Knockout! 2019/20 - Qualifying Round: PGA European Tour

Starts: 12:01 November 24th Finishes: 11:59 December 8th

Last year's Knockout began on two Italian F1 courses. This time we start on two distinguished English Golf courses: one east of Birmingham and the other west of London.

Play the courses Forest of Arden and Wentworth with professional tees. Write your score for each course after finishing the 18th hole.

If you only complete one course you'll receive 200 "bonus points" for the other (until you show a score for that).

Also you don't have to play every single hole. Skipped holes are worth 10 points each.

Both AGA and OCS versions are allowed this time since there are no gameplay or content differences.


Post a picture of your score here with the score written underneath. Enter as often as you like.

Tied scores will be separated by whoever submitted their score first.

No cheating (including savestates) - anyone caught cheating gets disqualified.


Here's how the qualifying system works:

Between 9-13 people enter: 8 people qualify.
Between 14-17 people enter: 12 people qualify.
18+ people enter: 16 people qualify.

Remember you have to enter this round to have any chance of playing later on.

For the first time ever there is a real prize to be won then: the winners of the Deluxe Galaga-round receive their own copy of the commercial game Worthy (because that's the game for round 2) if they haven't participated in the Worthy league-round.

Wentworth :
Wentworth course is "incomplete" as I made my mind on recording only while playing the course. Holes #2-#4 are "Instant replay" (hole #1 is missing as there was no "Instant replay"). Counting from hole #5 it's the full course).

If you see this message and are hesitating in joining the competition, don't hesitate any-more. We are missing some challengers for the round. And if you think you can't compete with some players, just know I thought the same before joining the 2019 season. At the end, I am not so bad .

And by the way, there is a gift* in the forthcoming round ! If it can makes you change your mind, see post #5 above
