Particular version of Ghouls n Ghosts wanted

Memories are vague, but it was a 1 disk version of Ghouls n Ghosts and it had a Scooter of Oracle intro on the front, based around a Kickstart screen and had a drum module playing in the background.

Not so much interested in the game, just the intro on the front.

Really want to see this again if anyone has it?
