Amiga USB Mouse Converter

I only just recently got my old amiga back down from the parents loft.
The mouse was broken so i bought a usb converter
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Commodore...s/132382705520

I cut the heatshrink off to have a look at the PCB, I probably could of
done better when i was 12. I was shocked that it was a product being
sold, I know I could do better. I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel, so it's
just of a copy of a freely available design. I'm new to eagle, can somebody
point to a vid explaining the the solder mask. I know theres a slight routing
error, but its work in progress.
