We set our flatbed up at work today so no need to destroy the book! Its pretty quick - A3 Colour @ 600dpi takes around 3 seconds (but the PC takeas around 5 mins to catch up)

If there are no other offers I'll scan it, I can't make any promises on when it will be ready though as I already have another manual to finish first.

@Rabbit80: This particular manual is wire bound so the pages can all be taken out, a doc feeder used, then the original reassembled. This might be necessary anyway as getting the pages flat and straight looks a little tricky with the binding left in.

Since this is taking a lot longer than I thought it would due to a lack of time I have uploaded a rasterized DejaView version to The Zone! Hopefully it's good enough until the final version is ready.

Edit: The finished PDF and DjVu versions have both been uploaded to Magix' FTP.

I can still do it - I work in a scanning bureau. We have a flatbed that i can scan at reasonable speeds on - and the software will easily deal with cropping and straightening!
