Fusion won't run correctly

Well I'm P.Oed that Fusion 3.2 the Mac Quadra Emulator won't work. I put my Quadra 650 rom in the correct ROM directory, added the lines needed to Startup sequence and User-Startup, etc. Now, all it does is fail to start, WB or CLI doesn't matter either. I'm at a loss as to what to do. I even reinstalled it 3 times, all clean. If I reclick it without resetting, it says its already running. As a help, here is my Amiga setup:

Amithlon OS 3.9 BB2+3
Voodoo 3 3000D AGP
2x CD drives
256mb ram
20GB HDD
Old NIC, I don't have connected currently.
SB128 PCI, works in AHI 5.

I used to use Fusion with great success, but on trying it after I had got a Mediator/Voodoo3 3000, I could never get it to run. It might be to do with those files it wants run early in the startup-sequence, I don't know.

Anyway, I went to Shapeshifter and all was well. Might be the way to go.
