Are the latest version of the files on this blog:
http://wordpress.hertell.nu/?page_id=514#comment-13649

Or are the github repo's more up to date?

There is mention of a v3.3.2 but the latest file downloads appear to be v3.3

I see an opportunity to improve upon the design and would like to get my hands on the latest working release. Couple of improvements I'd like to try:

1) Replace the 10 GALs with a modern CPLD
2) Add local memory interface
3) Replace 68040 with an FPGA and softcore 68040 (or 68060)

the files for 3.3.2 should be there..

but.. if you want to replace the 040 with a FPGA and softcore.. then the CLPDs to replace the GALs would technically be not needed...

Yes, would make sense to put the GALs into the FPGA as well; however, I would like to try it one step at a time.

Is there an official github repo that contains the latest files that I can contribute to? (I noticed a terriblefire and an aranet repo) Would be great to make this open source and avail to the community.

There isnt a good softcore available (IMHO - Yet anyway) and the 040 would be painful to reproduce in an FPGA. Probably better to start the board from scratch with CPLDs for 5V/3.3V bus buffers and put an FPGA and some SDRAM there. But really you've just reinvented MiST with terrible IO if you do that.

Anyone find a source for the MXD1000SA200 5 tap delay line? Best I have figured out is a Maxim DS1100-25 SOIC with a quick and dirty SOIC to DIP PCB adapter for U103.

Unfortunately the only source I can find for those is a guy in the UK for 12 quid a pop, I think that's a bit much. Quest Components has it for $11 with a $25 minimum order + shipping. I can get the Maxim part for $5 from Mouser. The rest of the parts for the board were fairly easy to come by. Of course, thanks to Mr. Leary for sourcing the board connector.

I thought that you could start discussions with Apollo Team for a license?

If it’s not open source I’m not touching it. I’d rather talk to NXP about a license (assuming they still hold the license). And I have some contacts there.

That’s not to say I won’t make my own core one day... and open it up.
