Do you know any details about .CHM, .MGL or .SAM format ? (CD32)

I am working on a remake of Zool game, for this I need to have access to the game's resources.

In the past, I've been able to decipher some games graphics but these were quite simple compared to Zool. I searched the Internet about credited persons in the game to get in touch with them, but nothing. (couldn't find any of the programmers)

Anyone has some hint regarding these formats ?
What could these acronyms mean ? CHM -> Character Map ? etc ...

Thanks a lot !

UPDATE

.SAM are 8-bit signed 11025Hz PCM audio (thank you Wavelab !)
