Configuring 2nd USB joystick

I have the Amigaforever emulator, and one USB joystick is recognized and works well, but I am not able to get it to recognize the 2nd joystick to play 2 player games. It still uses the mouse as the second player. I have tried to go to the winuae screen and change the gameports to USB gamepad, but when I try changing that the screen changes to asking me to insert the Amiga workbench disk. Do I need to get the workbench disk somehow? Or is there an easier way to get both USB joysticks to work? Thanks!

That's a bit strange. So if you press F12, go to the game ports panel and select your 2nd USB joystick, it goes back to the emulation immediately and asks for a workbench disk?
Not sure, but maybe this should be moved to 'support.Amiga Forever' ?

I got it! Thank you. The mistake I was making was going to the WINUAE screen through the launch plugin option on the main amiga forever screen as opposed to pressing F12 within the game I was playing (Kick Off 2) Thanks again!
