You can bet on that OF! (Old Fool sounded strange there )
There is a +2 trainer by Weetibix for Double Dragon II. I don't know if it's really necessary to train this again, but I haven't finished the game with the trainer, so I don't know if there are any problems with this version.

The ECS version (4.01) was never cracked / trained... the one out only works on kickstart 1.2 machines. Hence the request for that specific version...

The ocs one works fine with kickstart 1.3, just not ECS machines.

Hi demoniac,

it was a request for an enhanced trainer with levelskip option.

Any chance of adding a level skip to Cadaver when you get chance? It would be much appreciated and I'd be able to get back to where I left off about 14 years ago
Cheers

I have tried all those DD2 versions from TOSEC with real Amiga + Kick1.3. The hacked "ACU" version is the only one to work with this configuration. Sadly this version has some corrupted GFX.

That's right. It might be faster to follow a walkthrough than wait for a level skipper.

I don't think it's worth the hassle to do a level skipper, even if Cadaver can be a bit annoying from time to time. If you're playing with WinUAE you can use the save state function to play it in short sessions and progress to the level where you want to play.

Sorry I didn't realise that adding a level skip was a tough thing to do. I know absolutely sod all about coding and thought it might be relatively easy.

No Worries

A level skipper for Cadaver most likely will not work, as I recall, objects you collect on the way can be used in later levels, level skipping will mean you won't have certain objects and thus won't be able to complete the game.

Galahad

I know you can take objects with you through the levels but I'm not sure that they are essential items for completing the level. IIRC every level contains everything you need to complete that level.

I'm prepared to be proved wrong on this but this is how I remember it.

Just a friendly tip, please use decrunchers that are 060 compatible (add a CacheClearU before jumping into the decrunched code, you'll have to add a CPU and OS check as well for this). I just tried it on my A4k and the trainer crashes if I don't disable caches. I know this is an old game and all but as you did the trainer in 2008 it would be nice to have them 060 compatible at least.

As it was me who cracked this very game back in the day I might do a trainer 8 years later.
Depends on how bored I am though as I found the game rather easy. While playtesting it once i finished cracking it I could complete it without any problems without any kind of trainer.

I'm way less skillful, so it would be very nice of you to do a trainer if you are bored enough The request was not by me, so there at least two guys here that are in a need for a trainer

Hehe, you know, the menu IS finished! As is the Ninja Remix crack I used it for. I just was too lazy to make the source userfriendly till now due to an enourmous amount of laziness.

Hmm, maybe I should post my Ninja Remix crack+680x0 fix here in the thread, I finished it back in February 2007 and probably won't write the tutorial anyway.

Hehe, the 4000 wouldn't be a problem, however, I only have one 060 board. Bad luck for you. :P
