os3.0 writechunkypixels

hi all

is there a way to patch os3.0 graphics.library v39 on a vanilla a1200 (with no gfx card) to graphics.library v40 to make it handle writechunkypixels. (i try to speed up my scummaga as blazewcp doesn't work with os3.0 i have to use nwcp which is much slower...)

Do you mean that BlazeWCP doesn't work with scummaga, or with OS3? It definitely does work with OS3 as I use it a lot for emulators and stuff.

You could try AFA-OS (AROS For Amiga). It will set graphics.library to version 45. I tried this on my A500 to get The Matrix screensaver working (Matrix requires v.40+). I think SystemPatch is also required for some patches because when I disabled SystemPatch, there were strange graphics corruptions when attempting to use Matrix without it.

I don't know how good AFA-OS will be for you though. It may do other things you don't want. I only use it when I want to run Matrix.

this systempatch tool is great!!! i can run day of the tentacle and sam'n'max at reasonable speed on an a1200 with 8mb fast ram, os3.0
