Found on the disk :
"Schauen Sie auf dem der Software beiliegenden Farbraster nach und tippen Sie die der jeweiligen Farbe zugehörige Zahl ein :" "Consultate la tabelia colori contenuta nella scatola e digitate il numero corrispondente. Lo spazio :" "Mire en la carta de colores adjunto al software y escriba el n£mero correspondiente al campo de color :" "Consultez la grille de couleur fournie avec le logiciel et tapez le chiffre correspondant … la couleur de la case :" But it seems that the ingame language is English only. Haven't had a closer look, but will try to set the game to a different language later. |

For me it seems to be another game, where the protection screens only are in different languages.
Probably there have been released different versions in the single countries (with the manual in different languages than english), but the ingame languagee is always english i think. |

Yep, it seems like the (M5) tag and the HOL language aren't correct.

Had a second look before posting and there aren't any other hints at the 4 other languages except for the copy protection message. Guess it's because the box and manual were translated that the game got that info.
