Flashback - Audio timing does not match video

Call me a perfectionist but during cutscenes in flashback the sound gets cut off when the video finishes (evident on the delphine logo). On the A500 it was written for - with HDD (or winfellow for that matter) they play perfectly.

Any idea on what to tweak to get this to match up in UAE?

Cheers.

Yeah I have tried most options. It seems to have something to do with video acceleration - WinUAE has no option to disable it.

It's got nothing to do with WinUAE. On my A1200 with Blizzard 060 and a single 32mb ram, The WHDLoad version has the same problem too. I couldn't find a way to play it properly. PRobably turning off caches, using novbrmove, etc. would make it run properly.

I just got it working. Im not sure which option did it, but using

68000 with nothing/full ECS/Cycle exact/full collision/100% sound/adv:compatible/1.3 rom 34.5/2mb chip ram/no floppys/bootable hdd with FB version 3.2 (and swapped executable)/refresh: every frame/A500 emulated sound.

Next problem is to get the missing cutscene sounds working. the first one that does not play is the holocube. I think FB needs more memory during installation, I had 1mb+8mb on the ami.

*Has anyone ever seen the ships turret shooting Conrad down in an Ami version of the intro? All the other versions had it.

if you have a 040 or 060 you can play the Mac version of flashback using a Mac emulator like Shapeshifter or fusion
The Mac version is much better...it runs at 640x480 and have more colors and more anims
