I still thinking about the possibility to play online through winuae !!!
Is it in your plan or not ?
Do you see a possibility to make it happen.

Not directly an answer to your question, but you can already play online with either:
* FS-UAE
* WinUAE-kaillera (I haven't tried this, and it also uses a rather old WinUAE version)

No, no and no. It is too big part that has nothing to do with emulation and I don't like non-emulation parts, use something else if you really need it

Ps: in fact i never succeed to make anything with fs-uae, i don't know why ??? I should give another try !!

I've played The Chaos Engine with Frode via FS-UAE last year and it worked pretty good.

I know that you don't like to make it and you did already so much ... but, there is always a but

... but you know the problem for many of us is : our friends just don't care anymore about the amiga and some of us would like to enjoy to play with amigans... We tried with graham to play with kaillera but it wasn't great.
All of this to ask if you change your mood about playing online or perhaps we could make donations for this project ?? I understand that if we ask for something you didn't like to do, you deserve some rewards, if you do it.
Perhaps, it would be possible to ask money for using the linking system ?? In fact i don't know, i hope you know... But one thing i'm sure, is that many guys would like so much the possibility.
Now, if you still don't care about it, just ignore this post, it's not necessary to kick my ass like in the good old days LOL.

Pretty sure you are not going to convince him with a message that essentially says "try harder Tony, I want it".

What about laying down a general design for such a system and then starting the parts you think you can master until someone is interested to team up?
If you can't code at least you can think and do some preliminary work and learning to code is never wasted anyway!

In short: if you want to convince people to do something for you you should probably demonstrate first that you can do something for them.

FS-UAE works great! I have not played online with Frodo in a while though! Seems like he's never online on it anymore :P

I'll have to try again fs-uae but i didn't like the way it works, question of taste i suppose.

It's by far and only option at the moment. The old WinUAE with Kaillera did not work very well due to desync but FS-UAE appears to overcome this issue.
