req:Psycho Killer HDF File

Hello amiga Fans this is my 1st Post and a request
I search for Psycho Killer HDF File to play it from HD!
Can someone upload it to the Zone please???

But there is no Psycho Killer.hdf only WHDload

np. well, no hdf. but the archive contains all files.
if you have a harddrive, simply extract the archive. the game works - i already saved the girl
i try to make a hdf file from it, will upload into the zone. *brb*

edit: I made a hdf with adfview, mounted it in my a1200/040-emulation with winuae and extracted the "Psycho.Killer.HD.rar" within the emulation. it's in the zone - PsychoKiller-HDF.zip

edit2: i'm a bit confused about whdload. the game you simply start with clikcing on "Start" icon. it does some setup ( changing path and assigns ) and it works. i think it does not need whdload at all.

what is your setup - do you start with a boot-floppy? if so, which system, a600/a500?

Edit: i made a new hdf for A600 setup with 1MB chip and 8MB fast memory. hdf can autoboot to workbench.
the yellow "DTV Alert" is normal, just click mouse and game will start : PsychoKiller-HDF-A600.rar

i did a test with the a600 1mb chip/8mb fast-mem setup and it did work - you can also try faster setups, or use "fast as possible option" in winuae.

I play with P-UAE 2.3.3 Amiga360 Emulator on Xbox360 i use WB3.1 & Kick 3.1 to start all my HDF Files (every HDF is working i DL from eab File Server) i can use all systems from Amiga up to Amiga 4000

yes, thats same here - choose amiga600 with ecs-chipset setup 1mb chip-mem and 8 mb fast mem - you need no floppy images, when you choose the hdf, it should boot.
the game is not properly working with a1200 setup.

I choose A600 ecs Chipset 1mb Chip 8mb Fast no floppy but its the same:
DTV failed returncode 14

damn, can you hear music?

i had the same thing, when i was emulating a1200 - black screen, but music. with a600 it did work.
can you disable JIT, or choose "more compatible" options ?
the DTV error i have always, but it does work.

i dont have p-uae, cannot test it's options.

Edit: sorry, music is nonsense - no music, but the error i have, next the "PSycho Dune ..." line and then the game-option-screen apears. music starts after the game-option screen.

it now also works this way on my emulated a1200 040 wb/kick 3.1 - strange.

so it was the first time, when i tested the game.

I dont have directx/directdraw mode
I try lots of settings but i cant get this Game to work
The same problem on other platforms PS3 (UAE)/Xbox1 (WINUAEX)
Its not playable on Console i try this very long Time with no luck

you use the latest available builds for your consoles? i found a build for ps3 made in 2013 :
E-UAE v0.8.29 WIP4 r10. no clue it is working on your ps3.
too bad there is still no port of fs-uae for xbox/ps3.

I test the PS3 release but the same problem
About mombasajoe post does this remove the DTV?
Is it possible to make a HDF with modified s Startup of the Game?
i think this is the last Chance to get this to work on Console

i did a rip of the iso, as described by mombasajoe. made a hdf from it and editing the startup-sequence. and it also works here, quickstart standard a1200 tested.
the DTV error is gone, no yellow alert and no window with text output. first i see now is game-option screen.
a500 (kickstart 1.3 // 0.5 mb chip-mem // 8 mb fastmem ) setup does work too.

btw. can you emulate CDTV on your console? so you can try the cdtv-iso itsef?

i think its the Title screen resolution you are right its not the DTV!

can you move the arrow ? if so, try to move the pointer to the big buttons as seen on the game-option-screen and *click*
at least you should hear some sounds/speech.
maybe it needs an emulated mouse in port #2, try port #1 too, if possible.

try also different setups with a500 kick 1.3 and so on.

Not possible the Title Screen not Load the same on Ps3 uae and Winuaex xbox1 only Black Screen with green arrow
only playable on windows winuae
