Is there any terminal prog that supports a bi-directional protocol that /X supports? From my dim and foggy memory I remember Hydra protocol on /X was a bidirectional but I dont think /X ran HSLink. And in any case.. is there a term client that supports them too? Or is it just plain old Zmodem?

Anyone know?

Given how poorly even Zmodem works over telnet, I would not hold my breath for Hydra support. The last program I used that supported Hydra was terminus. I think it is an XPR protocol so any terminal program on the Amiga that supports XPR libraries could in theory work.

I have pretty much given up on file transfers with the BBS. It is nice to have up for nostalgia but they were never really designed to store, process and transfer the file sizes that are common now days.

Thread necro.. Anyone know of any (pref FREE) terminal emulation software that runs on HTML5 website host? FlashTerm was great but Flash is definitely dying now.... I'd like to put the BBS backonline and offer a terminal client via a website so people can connect without having to install a client themselves?!
