To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the last X-Mas Special Edition, I've prepared a 2008 rerelease. This version may be freely distributed. Unfortunately it's in German only.

It's on Aminet in the bakup folder of the disk section. I am currently on my mobile, maybe someone else will help out and add a link.

The X-Mas themed X-Copy looks really cool

The Gfx for the X-Mas version were done by some guy and me. I think it was Lars Teichmann or Teichert (LT). I did additional work, so my initials CB (for Christian Bartsch) are in there, too. The codebase by then was maintained by Holger Vocke. Just if anyone cares.

Well German and English versions share the same codebase, but were different programs. The X-Mas Edition was never compiled in English. The main buttons are really equal in both versions, but error and status messages are different. You might try and replace them with a hex editor. I am not sure about code protection. I do not have the source, I am still trying to get it. Anyway, it's been 15 years and nobody has been working on it since then. We'll see.

In the meantime I recommend the Cyclone20 thread in prb.Hardware which is cool. :-)
