EAB Avatar Problem

I can't use any custom avatars! If I try to select a local file I've done, it always reverts to the 'Rick Dangerous' avatar. Could you fix this please? Cheers.

It's working

here is the method:
- go into the Edit Avatar section
- chose your avatar file with the browse button
- THEN click on YES for "Use custom avatar" (just upper)
- finally click on "submit modifications"
