Shaders - no shader passes loaded

Could someone explain me how I can get this working? I have been reading this forum, but I can't figure it out

In FS-UAE Launcher, Settings, Advanced Settings I have put the following lines:

fullscreen_mode = fullscreen
line_doubling = 0
low_resolution = 1
shader = G:\emulators\Amiga\FS-UAE\Data\Shaders\hq2x.shader

But I see an error message "no shader passes loaded".

Maybe there are other settings I have to change?
