Installing Intuition on AmigaOS 3.1.4 (Amibian 1.4)
Hello there,
i made a fresh install of AmigaOS 3.1.4 on the following system: - Raspberry Pi - Amibian 1.4 - Amiga 1200 - emulated 68020 - including the 3.1.4 kickrom from Hyperion it went quite nice, after some time adjusting the options i got a blank Workbench 3.1.4 Now i tried to install this Intuition library to make my windows more flexible over the screen border. I followed the insctructions on the Hyperion website, i copied the LoadModule to c and the intuition.library to Libs (and renamed it). Finally i edited my Startup-Sequence as written in the FAQ and inserted "C:LoadModule ROMUPDATE" But when starting the system i god some error-messages from the shell and it left me with Intuition not working. This is the message from boot process:
Do you have any idea what i can do about this? Thanks alot - Krautguy |

Hello Jope!
Thanks for the answer, it works well now! After seeing the solution for this problem, it appears to be really simple and obvious. That's why i wonder why there is something completely different is written in the installation instructions on the hyperion website. |

The installation instructions are quite difficult to follow, if you don't do a bit of investigation first. It depends a lot on what kickstart you booted into when doing the installation. If you did the installation with 3.1 and change to a 3.1.4 ks later, you will end up with problems etc.
