Bob Ross brilliance

Actually, I only recently (2-3 years a go), discovered this genius.

My friends telling me that they watched him as a kid, but I can't remember I've seen him on a TV as a kid (in my country)...

That makes me sad, because, for a long period of years, I was stubbornly convinced that painters are man just born with talent, and that is a waste of time, learning something that you don't naturally posses.
If I watched only one episode of genius Bob Ross, I would think otherwise, and would start practicing drawing, much earlier.

Watching some of his episodes, on youtube, I can totally appreciate and understand people (in comments), that grow up with his episodes, and the warm feeling overwhelming them.
But, never is late, I am enjoying his "tutorials" right now, and somehow feeling that gap as a kid (and learning a whole lot on drawing)

For those who don't know who Bob Ross is:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Ross

Anyway, the guy was very popular in the US with his show: The Joy of Painting, and anywhere in the world, where his show was re-emitting.
Now, the show itself is great, and the tricks you can learn are awesome, but most awesome of all, is Bob Ross attitude. His constant positivism, his ability to explain complex stuff with simple words, his charisma...
Take a peak ar his lessons:

Although I like Bob Ross his disagreement with William Alexander maybe takes away from the good feeling, I don't know? With Fame there always seems to be a dispute mainly someone getting Greedy

And from whom Bill learned that?
Whom he owns?
This looks like a classic "teacher deny it's student, because of envy"... student get past of him, and go on... instead, of teacher congratulate him, he envy him.
That is how looks to me.

Watched that video few minutes... nowhere close to any of the Bob Ross.

Bob Ross drives me crazy. He manages to paint beautiful backdrops, really stunning work. At some point I'm like "Sold! I'll gladly hang that on my wall!"

And then he paints a giant tree in the foreground and hides like 50% of his previous effort.
