Test Drive 2 sounds

How to open sounds from Test Drive 2 with PC software?
I try to open for example accolade file from sfx directory by using various audio editors.
What I already noticed, sound is in 8svx format as PCM signed 8-bit 16000 Hz.
The problem is that besides correct audio, there are also some glitches.
It looks like some additional data between sample frames for me.
Any ideas how to open these files correctly?
Anyone is able to provide it in standard wav format files?
I already spent time on testing and google, so will appreciate any help.
Thanks!

Here is a link to original files: http://www..com/file/jok2fskjlrcsh6o...e2sfx.zip/file (media fire or TheZone!: http://eab.abime.net/zone/testdrive2sfx.zip)

I already tried Audacity, GoldWave, Cool Edit, SoundForge, and even importing as 8svx sample in ModPlug Tracker in ProTracker MOD mode.
Always the same glitches appear.

Have you had a look at the data between frames, I am sure I remember the same thing when trying this back in the day, ripping sounds with an action replay.

Those files are no real/pure 8SVX files but compressed ("Rpck"), and there is obviously some packer data stored in them, probably some frame info or the likes. I don't know which packer that is but if you find one that can uncompress those files, you will be able to load them into any software that can read 8SVX files.

One of the samples in this game - the famous "Game Over Man" is a sample from the movie Alien. You can just extract it from the movie.
