There's a bit on level 1-3 where you jump on some floating platforms and end up above where you started; a bunch of extra lives appear, and some land on the platform and others drop below it -- is there a way of collecting them all? I can only manage to grab the ones that land on the platform.

Might be best to send Kim Lemon an email (find it in his profile at lemon), unless graham can help you?

@rexsu
Send me an email or a PM on here with your email address and username and I'll pass it on to Kim (apparently it's not possible to contact Kim unless you are fully registered? So I've been told), moderators on Lemon can't activate accounts themselves unfortunately as this happens a lot. |

Ah, okay - now I know which lives he meant. Those are four - 3 of them you collect on the platform and the 4th by falling down.

I'm guessing it involves timing your final jump very carefully to catch the 3 in the air then fall around the platform to follow the other one down, but I've still got at least another 18 to find so don't worry too much.

@rexsu: Awesome effort! How many lives?
@ElB: Simple solution to your problem: you have to go here FIRST: Jump and the 1up you always miss appears: Collect it and NOW move your way right, then up and then left to collect the remaining three 1ups here: (Note - to show you this I didn't collect every 1up in level 1-2 so you should have more lives when you're here...) Well, rexsu's score kinda forces me to reveal my own greatest scores: 1) Legit most lives run: 75 lives, 2,137,250 points 2) Legit most points run: 74 lives, 2,211,650 points I also wanted to see how many lives one could possibly get. In the jetpack levels you would have to always guess right to not miss any 1ups. Thus I did a savestate-run: 3) Illegit savestate-run: 81 lives, 2,318,850 points |

@john4p: Thanks; didn't think of that. I can still only find about 45, and finishing with 40 is all I can manage, so I think I'll pack it in. (Unless Graham overtakes me, in which case I'll have to try again!)

Haha. Only problem with Youtube is, the last time I made a perfect 50Hz-vid (Jump 'n Roll) and uploaded it to Youtube it was all black and white?
Maybe I'll just link the 50Hz-video directly per or Megaupload and send a copy to recordedamigagames... |

Guess that's a good idea john laffer here on the forum made some really good looking vids recently (http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=41776). Maybe you should ask him how he uploaded them to YouTube.

Yes, he knows how to do it. If that video will be broken again on Youtube I'll ask him.
