WinUAE deletes NTFS junction on Exit!?

to save space on my new SSD (my old SSD gave up and I had to reinstall Windows 8.1 and everything) i moved the Cloanto AF 7.0 Plus "Amiga Files" Directory to my second Hard disk and made a junction:
junction "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Amiga Files" "E:\User\Public\Amiga Files"
(Both at local non-removable NTFS volumes. Sysinternals/Microsoft's junction command used.)

And now i have a very strange issue. As soon as i close WinUAE, regardless of started from Amiga Forever or WinUAE.exe (3.5.0) itself, the junction got deleted!
I have even tested 3.6.0 Beta 6, same thing happens.

(btw. C64 Forever / VICE works fine with a junction, without deleting them.)

There is some very old code that deletes "Amiga files\WinUAE" if it is completely empty. Junction ("reparse point") probably confused it. I'll add extra checks to make sure it is really a directory.

I don't remember anymore but I assume it was added because WinUAE would detect empty Amiga files -directory and incorrectly assume AF mode. WinUAE also creates those if AF mode is enabled without installed AF. I guess it is mostly obsolete behavior now but I have habit of keeping backwards compatibility as long as possible and more..
