Voted No. Not that I wouldn't like too but people knowing I'm still mucking about with the Amiga is more than enough geekyness let alone going to a fair.

There is not an option for "undecided". I am kinda interested but don't necessarily want to turn up on my own. I think it would be a really good event though.

As for the geek thing, couldn't give a damm about that aspect.

know what you mean BrooksterMax about been on your own, its hard especialy if you don`t have an outgoing personality, but I`m sure you`ll meet some good and intresting ppl there. even if you just go round asking ppl if they are from EAB
heres an idea you could take their photo`s and post em back here after the event

I had intended to post a response here of the type requested, but I think this thread has drifted so far off topic now that it's unlikely to be taken seriously.

Surely you must be able to take along a CD, or a USB stick or something a bit more reliable than a shitty old floppy disk?

I would love to come, but unfortunately it's way too far for me. Perhaps one day they'll be a meet a bit closer to the North Wales/North West regions. Whoever goes though please post pics and let us know how it goes. Enjoy and have a few beers for me.
