You can even have one in your party in the first game ("Mr Flay" is his name, and he never needs to eat!) and you can have an entire party of them in the Extended Levels. |

R-Type II had those bone-white, skeletal sort of enemies.
Black Tiger had skeletons...I think. Space Crusade has skeleton androids. Gods has an enormous skull as the final boss. |
