FS-UAE doesn't catch OSX keyboard shortcuts

Pressing cmd-Q in an Amiga program doesn't only quit the program, but also the emulator, upon which OSX complains that the program was suddenly terminated. I have already lost work several times due to this.

Similarly, pressing left cmd-M to switch screens minimises the UAE window.

About Cmd+Q, this cannot currently be disabled because it is hard-coded into SDL 2.0. See https://github.com/FrodeSolheim/fs-uae/issues/19 for more information.

About Cmd+M, this is interceptd by FS-UAE when in fullscreen on OS X. In window mode, it is intercepted by OS X. I don't know if I can prevent that.
