You need to remove L:FastFileSystem and L:RAM-Handler from the LoadModule call. I'll make this change and release a fixed version.

FAST LoadModule parameter returns an error with automatic startup-sequence modification. It seems this parameter doesn't exist.

@TuKo:
You are correct. The standalone BB3 package has been discontinued for some time now, did you perhaps download that a long time ago? You are advised to use the combined BB3+4 available from http://amigan.1emu.net/releases/ which does not have this bug. |

BB2 has some known bugs, installing BB3&4 will fix many of these.

BB3+4 has a bit too much third party stuff for me, and also it "updated" my Genesis installation, which I never had. it just dumped in some Genesis files, which was quite annoying.

I have installed BB 3&4 in my a1200 060 and all works really good. Only a question, is still necessary the use of fblit and ftext and other "hacks" or are they integrated in the bb?

Why ram-handler 44.24 is marked as buggy ??? It has only removed bbs hunk in compare to boingbag2 44.23.

They are not part of BB3&4. IIRC it was causing stability issues. |

will there be some BB version for use with 3.X ROM ?
As the BB package quotes: "This package is intended for the official OS3.9 from Haage & Partner. It has not been designed for nor tested with the crippleware "OS3.X" from Cloanto." Not sure why it is called crippleware as it only has some well known patches integrated and only WB library moved out. Would it be enough to remove from BB those patches already in the 3.X ROM or is there more to do? |

@dirkies:
>will there be some BB version for use with 3.X ROM ? No. >it only has some well known patches integrated and only WB library moved out. Not sure where you got that impression, as there is a considerable amount of OS3.9 missing from "OS3.X", see http://www.amigaforever.com/kb/15-107 |

I was referring to "OS3.X" as a whole, which I would assume would be Cloanto's recommended combination. I am not inclined to support either Cloanto "OS3.X" in its entirety, nor frankenstein systems with bits from H&P and other bits from Cloanto.
