Ah crap.. Damien do you have the others? If not I might have them lying around my HDD somewhere..
I keep meaning to do a second edition of it (replace the Giana sprites with the nicer ones from Giana SE) but I'm not sure when I'll find time to do it.. |

That's ok! No need to worry. I've just put the ADF back there by itself, the CD32 release wasn't a standalone anyway (was part of the Giana CD32 pack, which I need to redo anyway), sometime I'll reupload the WHDLoad version.

I've zoned a test version of a new update. Basically just a control hack:
- Button 2 / blue button jump - Press Down+Button 2 to access inventory This is probably going to be my last "special edition" hack for a while, I've basically exhausted by backlog of projects like these (and I don't need more since I've got to focus on my original games heh). I had wanted to bring the Giana sprites across from the Giana SE that Tsak and I did, but I would have needed to disable parallax so that I could change the sprite palette (the parallax in the game isn't anything special regardless, and it isn't in the ST version, but it still would have felt like a downgrade I guess). If there's no issues reported in a couple of days, I'll see if I can hack together an ADF version and then post it to my site. Edit: And I'm done! For some reason my hack for accessing inventory with second button+down doesn't work on the ADF version, but second button jump seems to work just fine. http://earok.net/game/giana-ii-future-world Last edited by earok; 16 September 2018 at 06:01. |
