As much as DamienD's help in this thread is much appreciated. I'd still prefer you use your time in your thread

Great work as always
I was going to answer for Your PM but I see Your mail box is full.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1SU...JNHW4Zoeqh36up
here is link for rolling demo for alien breed 3d.
I am sure I just do some minnor modifications for Your original configuration for alien breed 3d.
Also that demo crash in the middle while playing it on winuae, someone on YouTube record full presentation of it.

So have tried every conceivable A1200 configuration possible... it's better and at least moves through some of the screens but still crashes eventually.

No idea how this guy got it running perfectly

Maybe one of the Norwegian members here could ask him on his website / forum?

I also update the "Disposable Hero" screenshot as I forgot to centre horizontally.

Updated pack here, just download / extract into "C:\WinUAE": /~Upload/Gzegzolka/Gzegzolka_Unofficial Update Pack 1.rar

Well, seems like opening this thread for you guys who were requesting that people make "unofficial" Update Packs was totally useless

In 3 months since the creation of the thread, only Gzegzolka has made an attempt so far...

I have had my first go at this.

See updated link below

8 Games in the pack. Should just unzip and place within Damiens collection.

They are:

5k Invaders
10x10 - Simple puzzle game I keep dipping back into.
6 Tris - 6 player tetris - I may need to tweak the 2nd control on this. 4 players can use keyboard
Aardvarks - Lemmings clone
Galactoid - galaga clone
The Adventures of Freddy Fish
White Rabbits - lovely puzzle game imo
Zombies (Adam Gore) - Alien Breed style game

Any issues please let me know.

Sorry link was wrong

Nice work qupe

...it's time consuming putting these things together hey; even when only 10 games

Here's a few notes though after a quick look at your pack, I haven't actually tried playing the games as yet:

I'll take a look. I captured a new screen for White Rabbits...

I'll check all the screen shot sizes as I had to redo White Rabbits for some reason i had large ones.

I'll update the screens with Pack 2 and have more consistency. Cheers Damien.

White Rabbits and The Adventures of Freddy Fish are pretty good; I'll probably add them into my collection anyway at some stage

Galactoid and Zombies are ok also...

I have edited the screenshots for Pack 1 so they are consistent sizes....sorry Damien they are 704x566

(Link below)

I have also created a Pack today featuring 14 games from Andrew Fereday (Fez Productions). They are all shoot 'em up construction kit games but some are really decent and graphically they are polished. Some are damn tough tho.

see page 3

The 14 Games are:

Bop & Blop (I may need to rename this one to Blip 'n' Blop as per the title screen)
Furmyre
Intense - Reborn Again
Intense - Sector One Reborn
Peebee
Raid
Raid 2 - Mission X
Raid 3 - Total Fire
Raid IV - Super Raid
Serene
Serene II
Serene III
Sky Flyer
Sky Flyer II

No need to apologise; but I'm just not sure how you get screen captures of "704x566" as opposed to "720x568" when following these instructions?
Taking your own title / screenshots for additional games you've added
Anyway, I just quickly extracted "Part 1" and took a look

...there's an issue with the title / sshot not being displayed for "Aardvarks". The reason is this:
Rename "___Aardvarks.png" --> "___Title.png" and problems fixed

Again...oops.

Doing too many things at once, capturing screens, videos, updating launchbox

I'm capturing my screens for my Launchbox pack so using those size settings (that's why Aardvarks screen shot is wrong as it's Aardvarks-01 for the title shot), so I'm capturing in 704x566 (sorry)

I'll sort that now....I did check pack 2

Pack 1 - Aardvarks sorted

It's unofficial packs and maybe some people or Damien discover games they/he didn't know about. Plus Damien created the thread.

To be totally honest, I only created this thread after Gzegzolka posted an "unofficial" pack in my "official" thread... therefore I needed somewhere to move his post to

So that the new thread made sense; I copied one of my old posts in (dated before Gzegzolka's), edited and wrote a little blurb / prelude so that people knew what it's all about.

I really have no issue with people creating "unofficial" packs though; go for your lives guys

...but, my only request is that you please try to keep to the usual standards that I've set.

Plus as mentioned in my 1st post; I really don't have the time to be checking / correcting stuff for people.

Along with the voluntary full-time job of moderating EAB (besides my hectic IT day-to-day job that pays the bills), doing the above also takes time away from me progressing my own collection.

I only do this as a way to show some games that might be missed or not known about. The image size is my image size i use for my packs and tbh it doesn't look any different to me when I'm scrolling through the games in the pack. *I know you set high standards Damien for your pack layouts and have set ways for things.

I made some mistakes with images in pack 1 but that's my fault for having too many folders open and copying from different drives. I'm not using WinUae in my Launchbox pack so I'm used to a different an image process.

I appreciate some people don't see the point in me doing this but it is my way of learning more about WinUae too.

All good qupe

Again, I have no issues with anybody creating "unofficial" packs for my collection.

At the end of the day, people will choose to download these or not... but that's not important really; the following is.

Good on you for having a go; and as I've said, you probably now have a better understanding that it's not as simple as some people may think

It is partly why I use FSUAE setting up a game to test literally takes seconds, print screen captures a screen shot and alt+f9 captures a video. It's simple. Yes it has pre configured games in its setup but a lot I've found aren't in there either. It has been easy for me to import over to my launchbox setup too.

WinUae is definitely more time consuming and I definitely appreciate the time you've spent on your packs and creating those hdfs. Hopefully you'll find a few in what I find worth adding to the official packs.

I have found plenty to add, I've ignored a lot of crap too - that I've sat through and tested, you'll see maybe if I shared my spreadsheet.
