Yes very nice tool.. I've sent some ideas for some games I've discovered.
Congratulations to the author of this program hoping to continue developing it. |

Any plan to give a love for WB 3.1? Looks awesome, but I run 3.1 on my A1200.
Thank you |

No, it requires functionality that is not present in OS3.1. Supporting OS3.5 would be feasible, but supporting OS3.1 would need a rewrite of the entire GUI. I suggest upgrading to OS3.9.

V10.9 has been released, with support for Cannon Fodder 1 & 2 (and 77 other games). Aminet is down at the moment so the link is http://amigan.1emu.net/releases/#mce

Looks really good and it was sort of what I was after at the time! I've tested it with Bloodwych and it works fine. I'd like to request a editor for Dungeon Master (v3.6) mainly due to my own stupidity and not wanting to start all over again (ran out of food and trying to find my way back which is daft!)
Either way great work! M. |

There are a couple of Dungeon Master editors already, which is one of the reasons I haven't added support for this game yet.
http://dmweb.free.fr/?q=node/664 http://www.ragingmole.com/DMute/ (runs on Windows but can edit Amiga files) I haven't investigated them deeply, but perhaps one may be suitable for your needs? |

I believe they look for a disk rather than allowing the WHDLoad file to be edited which is why I like this one so much.
Will double check just in case. M. P.s. I still like the idea of having one util for them all. P.P.S. DMute doesn't accept the second disk as a valid format so no go. P.P.P.S DMWeb looks for the disk which I don't have as it's WHDLoad Last edited by Macca; 29 April 2020 at 09:54. |

The WHDLoad version uses (virtual) disks anyway, so you do have it: there should be Disk.1 and Disk.2 files, which are actually ordinary ADFs. The saved game disk is Disk.2.
However, it seems the Edward Penman editor won't edit V3.6 savegames, and V3.6 is the only version supported by WHDLoad, so that is a problem :-( Maybe if you ask the slave author he will add support for other versions. I'll see about adding MCE support for this game; however being very busy with other work it will probably be a few months rather than weeks I'm afraid. |

Considering that the WHDLoad version of DM now has a built-in trainer, I might do a different game for V11.9 instead.
