Money Matters & Datastore - serial numbers?

I recently got two Digita programs - Money Matters 4.02 and Datastore 1.1, but they require serial numbers to start. Does anybody have any idea what these serial numbers are or how to find them?

Try 3395460 for Money Matters V4.02. Can't find a serial no. for my disk copy of Datastore V1.1, so I've upped a regged copy of V2.0 to the Zone (along with Money Matters should the serial no. not work with your copy). Enjoy!

Excellent! Thanks again DrBong!

Datastore 2.0 works fine.

The serial number for Money Matters worked, but the program is screwed. When I create a new record, it asks where to save it and I type the name. When I click OK, it asks again and goes into an infinite loop of asking. Cancel doesn't work and I have to reboot the computer to stop it. I tried loading an existing file, but nothing shows up in the requester even though it's there. When I type it manually, it opens, but none of the buttons work. When I close the program, it crashes. The same things happen with the version you uploaded.

I think I'll stick with HomeBank.

Have you got some requester patch running that could interfere?

Good question and exactly what I was thinking. I've got ASLtoRT running and just yesterday I had to revert to an older version because the new version was screwing up. I read in the history that the new version fixed a pattern problem (but causes new problems). I spoke too soon about Datastore - it has the same saving/loading problems as Money Matters. Wordworth 7 does not have this problem so maybe it's just the older Digita programs.

I'll test without ASLtoRT. I think I'd rather do without these programs if it means sacrificing ASLtoRT. There are better programs - Homebank is better than Money Matters and Xbaze is better than Datastore. ASLtoRT (the older working version) is a nice patch aside from these Digita file problems.

Edit: Yes, it was ASLtoRT (new version too). When I removed the patch, everything was fine. The latest version of ASLtoRT allows you to avoid certain programs, but as I said the latest version has problems.

Bumping a really old post...

The serial for Datastore 1.1 is 3502651

Can someone please re-upload Datastore V2 to the zone ?
