PPHamer freeze my system
Slave was prepared for whdload 4 (1998) so maybe it is somehow uncompatible with current version ?

Could be. But you can still use a very old WHDLoad version and put the name, e.g. WHDLoad10, in the game icon. Should do the trick till a slave update.

OS 3.9 heavly patched but almost every whdload game works but pphammer cause freeze. Even splashscreen did not appear.

WHDload had several timing updates the last years. Some old slaves can be problematic on some machines. And a heavily patched OS3.9 can cause problems too.
