With codys permisson of course
No problem, although the Top 20s are quite personal choices and are maybe not so suited for a more general Amiga tribute CD. And my top two favourite Amiga games are PC ports!

Try Bippys or Codys FTP, those are both free.

Thats a Amiga CD-ROM game so no access since they might still be sold. The account provided here is for free access for The Amiga Tribute CD and and the 200 CD32 Game Compilation + all pdf, manuals, vidoes, music and so on... if your interested in private access we'll have to arrange this over email.

Isnt that oblivious?
I run a private ftp, not an ftp for the hole world to take whatever they want. However I always support a good cause and that's why fan made Amiga cds are free on the ftp together with everything else I mentioned in my last post.

As for productivity I do help the community in the form of I tested ALOT of Amiga CD-ROM games under Winuae for errors, reported my findings for Toni and got fixed for games like Sixth Sense Investigations so you can play them on WinUAE without errors

No, I meant the fact that you said the other games are on your FTP and that people cant download them as they are still for sale but its actually just ratioed in those folders so you cant download them...

Yep. I agree but the question is which are the top 5 RPGs??
My favorites are:
Ishar3
EOB II
Ambermoon
BlackCrypt
Ultima VI

In no particular order....

One hundred games eh

Ok heres one slight prob.....How did i make the games run direct from the cd ???? Well each game is a Winuae standalone set to a default setting( which just happens to be a particular game )

one disk games = no probs
two disk games =Well......Lets use ALIEN BREED as an example.....2 disks....but they both require DF0!!! .....This means winuae just WONT read the second floppy in DF1!!!

No matter how sophisticated Winuae is at the moment it still wont let SOME games load in that way....

Basicly you CAN have a ten disk game and ten floppy drives but they will all require DF0!!

There is however an answer..IE Amiga Doom!!! this baby i blagged as a HDD but basicly its still a standalone Winuae but with a altered workbench startup sequence .......So the prob then is to make sure the games on more than 2 floppys that require DF0! only are all hdd installable to get around this.....

The cd looks simple but HONEST!!! A lot of work and headaches were caused testing configs and games...making HDDS that are only 10 meg to run a game from cd...you dont see them ...all you need to do is click the load button

Having said that ITS NOT A PUT OFF......What i mean is games will have to be selected that either use all available drives or are HDD installable......Or they just cant run without human intervention ( and that kind of kills the uniqueness of the dvd......

Anyway the ideas are fantastic !! but we need to consider the above when picking 100 games for the runnable menu's

Yep, i know , have been modifying the cd for a couple of days now to make it work with the latest winuae and adz files and have configured 60% of the runnables so far, a lot of configuration

I don't think there is too much of a problem getting a hd loaded version for most games, there are a lot of ppl here with resources

If you want some help with configuring and setting up the games, i can help and perhaps some other can volunteer to help out too. The more the merrier, well its up to you.
