Can anyone help identify this game?

I think you played a knight, it was a hack & slash game. There was a coloured background, but the characters and foreground were all just black. Sidescrolling.

I don't remember the story or anything. It had nice graphics, I don't know if it had good gameplay, as I didn't play it, just saw it. It was like those cardboard cutout shows that you see, just silhouettes fighting each other.
